If during the test, the battery voltage can remain stable within the set time and the drop range is small, it indicates that the battery performance is good. For example, for a normal automotive starting battery, when conducting a load test, if the voltage drops by no more than 1.5 volts within 15 seconds, it can usually be considered a healthy battery.

On the contrary, if the battery voltage drops rapidly, even lower than the specified minimum voltage value, then it is very likely that the battery is aging or has a fault.

In addition, the internal resistance is also an important indicator for judging the quality of the battery. Batteries with smaller internal resistance tend to have better performance; larger internal resistance may mean that the battery life is coming to an end or has been damaged.

It should be noted that there may be some differences when testing different types of batteries (such as lead-acid batteries, lithium batteries, etc.). Therefore, before using the battery load tester, be sure to read the product manual in detail to ensure the accuracy and safety of the test.
